Automatic video upload client, pre-roll and mid-roll ads for audio M3U8, and audio chunk-upload APIs added

I have written several upload clients before, but packaging them was inconvenient. This one has been rewritten so that no custom packaging is required: simply install it and enter the relevant configuration. It watches folders automatically, uploads video files with selected extensions, and supports automatic categorization and episode naming. For example, if a watched folder contains a subfolder named after a series, its 01.mp4 file is automatically named 剧集名称 01 (Series name 01) when uploaded. I also added pre-roll and mid-roll ads for audio M3U8 segments.

Main updates:

1. Added chunked and direct audio-file upload APIs. Once slicing finishes, audio M3U8 and related information can be sent by POST to a remote endpoint for easier import.
2. Added a video upload client that automatically watches folders, uploads videos with selected extensions, categorizes them and names episodes whose filenames contain only numbers: Documentation.
3. Multi-user FTP uploads now support importing series. Creating a series folder automatically creates the series; videos in it are added to the series and sorted automatically after slicing.
4. Added pre-roll and mid-roll ads for audio M3U8.
