GPU watermark and scrolling-text removal rewritten for multiple regions and time ranges; more transcoding and download tasks can start together for faster processing.

We spent some time rewriting watermark and scrolling-text removal for GPU transcoding. It now supports multiple regions and time ranges, so several watermarks at different positions and during different periods can be removed at once. We also lifted the restrictions on starting download and transcoding tasks, greatly improving fast slicing efficiency. On a sufficiently powerful server, slicing thousands or tens of thousands of videos in an hour is feasible.

Updates

  1. Rewrote watermark and scrolling-text removal for GPU transcoding to support multiple regions and time ranges. Removal regions can scale automatically with the resolution.
  2. Changed how many transcoding and download tasks can start together: N tasks can now start simultaneously for faster processing.
  3. Improved M3U8 export to excel spreadsheets, with direct export of a selected category or all videos.
  4. Fixed subtitle-file mismatches when transcoding videos with multiple audio tracks.
  5. Fixed failed cloud-storage uploads to Azure Blob Storage.
  6. Added automatic notifications when cloud-storage synchronization finishes. When synchronization is enabled, the m3u8 link and other information are sent automatically to the specified domain as soon as the video has finished syncing.
