MacCMS CMS collection API, transcoding statistics, and download statistics

We previously developed a third-party publishing system for MacCMS CMS and other CMS platforms. Some beginners found its configuration complicated. This update replaces it with an api that MacCMS CMS can collect from. With simple configuration, all published videos and series can be synchronized to MacCMS CMS through the collection api.

Updates

1. Added a collection api for MacCMS CMS and deprecated the more complicated third-party CMS publishing system. Once the collection api is enabled, all published videos and series can be synchronized to MacCMS CMS, through the collection api, including video tags, descriptions and all other information. New or modified videos and series can also be updated in MacCMS CMS.
2. Added statistics, including transcoding and download statistics.
