Feed ads and mandatory viewing-page ads for gallery/comic APPs; landscape APP refresh loop fixed

This update addresses low ad revenue in the comics and galleries APP by introducing feed ads and mandatory image BANNER ads on viewing pages. During development, we also found and fixed infinite refreshing when pulling down for random recommendations in the landscape video APP.

Updates

• One: Fixed the endless loading spinner when pulling down in the landscape APP.
• Two: Added feed ads and mandatory fullscreen image BANNER ads on gallery viewing pages in the comics/gallery APP. Both work well for directing traffic to a video APP or displaying advertiser campaigns.
