RSS subscriptions linked to series for fully automatic downloading and episode updates; portrait APP episode switching fixed

Someone recently pointed out that our RSS subscriptions were not fully automatic because downloaded videos still needed to be added to a series manually. That motivated me to spend two days researching algorithms, and we now have full automation: not just automatic downloads, but subscriptions linked to series for automatic episode updates. I also fixed the portrait APP title not changing when switching episodes, and the inability to switch episodes in series opened from the new-release schedule.

Updates

• One: RSS subscriptions can be linked to series. After an automatic download completes, videos are added to the series automatically. A difference-based algorithm intelligently handles episode numbers such as 01, 02, 03 through 100.
• Two: Fixed the portrait APP APPBAR and title not changing when switching episodes. Also fixed episode switching for series opened from the new-release schedule.
• Three: Animated images can now be published to galleries from the administration interface, including publishing gif files from folder management. Our own CDN also supports resizing GIF images and converting GIF to webp.
• Four: Added one-click enabling of all subscriptions, useful when many subscriptions exist.
