Plus SEO CMS: weeks of nextjs research, incremental static Html generation, and perfect Lighthouse scores
For the past half-month, I have studied nextjs almost every day. nextjs is a web framework for react. I used it before, when it was less mature, but today nextjs supports many powerful features. Most importantly, SSR and static-page generation can coexist in one application, and static generation supports operations such as login, making almost any application possible. Incremental static generation is also supported: a visitor triggers generation of a static html page for a configured number of minutes, and other visitors during that period receive the html directly. This is impressive.
I spent 15 days building a small website with nearly 30W records, using the latest nextjs technologies. It achieved nearly perfect scores across all lighthouse categories.
What is Lighthouse?
Many users are unfamiliar with Lighthouse. Lighthouse is an open-source automated tool for improving web application quality. Run it as a Chrome extension or from the command line. Give Lighthouse a URL to audit; it runs tests on the page and generates a performance report. Lighthouse is Google's own comprehensive website-quality assessment tool, evaluating different aspects of a site.

Future plans
Next month, I may use nextjs in the separate CMS. This new CMS is devoted to SEO, under the name Plus SEO CMS. My plan is to offer only the lowest-resolution playback and direct visitors to the APP. Stay tuned.
