Automatic transcoding rewritten and animated-image generation greatly accelerated

Restarting a server or application forcibly interrupts transcoding and previously left some videos stuck in a processing state. This update rewrites the queue: starting the application automatically starts the transcoding queue, continually detects untranscoded videos and adds them for processing. After either a server or application restart, interrupted videos are handled automatically. This provides genuinely unattended and more stable transcoding.

Updates

1. Removed domain-binding restrictions for TS encryption. Bound domains can now change freely without affecting encrypted M3U8 playback.
2. Accelerated animated-image generation by at least 3 times.
3. Removed the old queue and introduced a fully automatic queue that starts with the application, avoids stuck processing and handles unexpected interruptions such as server restarts.
4. Fixed payment redirects in the separate EFV CMS, fullscreen display in Safari on iPad and IOS, and related issues.
