Both APP platforms updated: latest flutter and plugins, redesigned UI, doubled speed, and launch ads

I set aside time to optimize both APP platforms comprehensively. The flutter version and all plugins are updated, the UI redesigned and refined, APP response speed more than doubled, and launch ads added.

• One: Rewrote and optimized extensive code for both APP platforms, including many small details.
• Two: Updated flutter and all plugin libraries to their latest versions. APP launch and response speed have more than doubled.
• Three: Redesigned the UI. The APP now looks better, with a white layout and smooth animations exceeding many paid APP source packages.
• Four: Added launch ads. Configure images, duration and destination links in EFV administration.
