Real-time multi-resolution transcoding progress in EFV administration
I had not planned live transcoding-progress display because I expected high server-resource usage. The CMS2.0 redesign encouraged refinement of every detail, including this feature. Using socketio, the result is good with very low resource consumption.
Feature
Administration retrieves transcoding progress in real time and returns a progress bar, giving users a clear view of processing. Further optimization provides separate progress displays for each output resolution.
