2019-11-20 administration UI rewritten, workflows improved, and Advanced fast slicing added

I spent considerable time rewriting the entire administration UI. The old version was unattractive; many software administration UI designs are poor, so I had overlooked ours, but recently decided to rebuild the UI. Workflows are refined, functions organized, BUG issues fixed and Advanced fast slicing added.

Overview

• One: Rewrote administration UI; the new UI may be among the most attractive commercial administration interfaces.
• Two: Improved many workflows, including video and series editing.
• Three: Fixed BUG issues such as excel exports.
