Universal EFV integration: upload and post endpoints

User workflows differ, making a universal integration difficult; building dedicated endpoints for every third-party application is cumbersome. Based on experience, I added two simple endpoints to express-ffmpeg-vip that integrate with most applications.

Universal integration: A chunked upload endpoint plus the APIPOST endpoint.

Chunked upload: Embed an upload template in the third-party administration interface using webuploader. Send the chunk file, total chunk count, current index, filename and md5. This webuploader integration is optimized for webuploader: change its upload URL to use it. Without webuploader, send the corresponding body parameters and file: chunks is the total chunk count, chunk the current chunk index, originalname the filename, and md5 the optional md5 hash.

[H0H] endpoint: In Advanced administration, enter the third-party domain, API endpoint and agreed APIKEY. Immediately after transcoding and slicing finish, the system sends the completed video name, multibitrate M3U8 array and other data to this api. The third-party application receives the request and stores the data in its database.
